Sources and original writing
Recipe adaptations compare multiple sources and use original instructions. Source links explain the context behind a dish; a link does not mean its author endorses our adaptation. Regional claims require supporting evidence. We do not invent provenance, reviews, ratings or nutrition figures.
Recipe review and kitchen testing
Ingredient quantities, servings, timing, step references and translations are checked for consistency. Some research, writing and review use AI assistance. Automated review does not mean a person cooked the recipe.
Serving images
The collection uses AI-generated serving images as well as any images with separately recorded provenance. Generated images illustrate the intended dish; they are not photographs proving that the recipe was cooked or tested. We retain image provenance and aim to match the ingredients, preparation and serving style.
Dietary and seasonal guidance
Diet labels reflect the listed ingredients and specified alternatives, not allergen certification. Seasonal suggestions are identified as serving guidance or ingredient availability. Regional association does not establish an exclusive origin.
Corrections and reader feedback
Use the Contact page to find the current enquiry channel. Corrections should identify a specific page and issue. Reader comments and ratings are planned but not yet open; they will require moderation before public display. We will not manufacture reviews to populate the site.
